Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for an on-site role in Pasig. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience and a technical bachelor's degree.

You will oversee plant machinery and electrical systems, supervise the maintenance team, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime while coordinating with operations and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery, electrical systems, and facility equipment
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team and technicians
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
• Coordinate with operations and safety teams to ensure a secure and efficient working environment
