Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule drivers and fleet vehicles efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers and clients as the main point of contact.
• Resolve delivery delays, route changes, and vehicle-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery receipts, and fuel expense records.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including on-time delivery and POD submission.
• Ensure trips comply with company safety policies and applicable local regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
