Job summary

J-K Network Services in Makati seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software development projects on-site. You will lead cross-functional teams, create detailed project plans, and manage budgets while mitigating risks and ensuring quality delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in software PM, strong communication, and familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and ERP systems. This is a full-time on-site position with health benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in software development.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and established project management frameworks.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Expertise in project planning, risk assessment, and resource management.
Familiarity with Python and PostgreSQL.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end software development projects, from initiation through completion.
Lead and align cross-functional teams of developers and business partners.
Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular status updates and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Continuously refine processes and apply best practices to enhance project outcomes.
