Swak BPO Corp. is hiring an Incident Response/Cybersecurity Engineer to monitor, investigate and respond to cybersecurity threats across the organization. The role collaborates with Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, IAM and Support Services to minimize impact and strengthen security posture.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT/security ops, holds a Security+ or equivalent, and can handle 24x7 shift schedules. On-site work is located at Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in IT, security operations, incident response, or help desk environments.
• CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) certification is required.
• Experience managing incident queues using ITSM platforms.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Active Directory, M365, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, and security monitoring tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and incident response methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security monitoring platforms and incident management systems for threats and incidents.
• Investigate alerts to determine legitimacy, scope, and required actions.
• Respond to incidents including malware, phishing, unauthorized access, and suspicious auth events.
• Coordinate IR efforts with Infrastructure, Cloud Ops, IAM, and Support Services.
• Contain, eradicate, recover, and validate incidents with minimal business disruption.
• Collect and preserve forensic evidence as needed for investigations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop risk reduction recommendations.
• Document timelines, actions, and evidence in ticketing systems.
• Develop and maintain IR playbooks and SOPs.
• Participate in security awareness, tabletop exercises, and DR tests.
