Job summary

ScribeRunner in Biñan is seeking a full-time RCM Specialist to manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes for healthcare clients, including insurance verification, authorizations, claims submission, and denial management.

You will post payments, reconcile accounts, ensure compliant documentation, and collaborate with payer and provider teams worldwide to improve revenue performance. On-site role requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Revenue cycle management including insurance verification, prior authorization, claims creation and submission.
• Payment posting, account reconciliation, and billing procedures for outpatient clinics.
• Experience with practice management systems, EHR platforms, and payer portals to manage patient and billing data accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify RCM issues, interpret payer policies, and recommend process improvements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with payers, healthcare staff, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in medical billing, collections, or healthcare finance; knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and commitment to data security and quality oversight.

Responsibilities
