Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed or Non-Licensed Engineer welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out works, construction methods, and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for fit-out projects.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical support during project execution.
• Review and monitor materials, manpower, and equipment on site.
• Attend project coordination meetings and provide project updates.
