Job summary

Humanlink Management and Services, Inc. is seeking an on-site Maintenance/Janitorial Staff in Rizal, Philippines. No experience required; high school graduate is acceptable, with basic knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment.

You will perform general cleaning and maintenance of CW facilities (office, selling area, RDU, perimeter), assist in plumbing, electrical tasks, report damages to Admin Officer, and carry out other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• No experience required; experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of CW facilities (office, selling area, RDU, perimeter).
• Assist in plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Report damages or repair needs to the Admin Officer.
• Carry out other assigned cleaning and maintenance duties.
