Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or College Undergraduate.
• Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fleet management or ride-hailing experience is a plus.
• Computer literate and familiar with GPS, dispatch systems, navigation tools, and ride-hailing applications.
• Knowledgeable in local roads, routes, landmarks, and locations, particularly within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate passenger trips, drivers, and daily transportation operations.
• Monitor vehicle movements and assign trips accordingly.
• Communicate with drivers and passengers to ensure smooth operations.
