Strong planning, coordination with diverse stakeholders, and problem-solving skills are essential for success. The 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, and the ability to manage resources and communicate effectively are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Project In-Charge.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Must own a motorcycle in good working condition.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Supervise site/workforce activities and safety compliance.
• Resolve issues and conflicts during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
