Job summary

Gigatech Inc. on-site inventory control role in Quezon City requires 1-3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with construction materials.

You will manage construction material stock, inspect deliveries against POs and DRs, and ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding on-site. Responsibilities include maintaining stock cards, performing regular counts, reporting shortages or overstock, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and project engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in construction inventory/material control.
• Familiarity with construction materials (MEPF, civil, structural).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor site inventory of construction materials (electrical, mechanical, civil).
• Receive and inspect deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Receipts (DR).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding of materials on-site.
• Process and record Material Requests (MR) and issuance to project teams.
• Maintain updated stock cards, inventory logs, and monitoring sheets.
• Conduct regular physical counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Report shortages, overstock, and damaged materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project engineers.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and usage reports.
• Ensure compliance with site control procedures and safety standards.
