Job summary

Philippine Vending Corporation is seeking a Field Technician to provide on-site technical support for Nespresso machines across client locations. You will install, service, diagnose, and repair units, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction.

You will handle preventive maintenance, stay updated on new Nespresso products, complete service reports, and follow company policies. A valid driver's license and willingness for field work are required.

Qualifications

At least college or vocational level.
NC 2 Certificate in Electrical or Electronics would be an advantage.
1-2 years of experience.
Must be flexible and willing to do field work.
With a driver's license.

Responsibilities

Install Nespresso coffee machines at client locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
Stay updated on new Nespresso products and technologies to provide accurate information.
Complete service reports and document any recommendations for improvement.
Follow Nespresso's policies and procedures for technical support and service.
Efficiently manage time to complete service calls and installations within specified timeframes.
