Job summary

Excelsior Farms Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Civil Engineer with project management and supervision skills to lead construction activities, prepare and implement the Project Execution Plan, and coordinate with contractors and site personnel.

You will monitor progress, maintain safety standards, control costs, and ensure timely completion within budget. Travel to sites may be required, and staying on site as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Project management and supervision skills required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Willing to stay on site/at project area
• Ability to travel when required; work under tight deadlines and pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Conducts Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal and with contractor).
• Monitors progress and prepares weekly status reports for Top Management.
• Coordinates materials, logistics, shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinates with project personnel on day-to-day progress and procurement.
• Ensures project runs within budget and schedule.
• Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies.
• Ensures compliance with construction specifications and safety standards.
• Calculates labour, material and related costs to determine project costs.
• Directs development of visual designs using AutoCAD/CAD as needed.
• Works with Project Management Contractor and third parties.
• Performs other duties as required on a temporary basis.
