Job summary

Hedcor, Inc. in Aguilar, Pangasinan, is seeking a Civil Support Engineer to provide technical oversight for civil aspects of existing and new renewable energy plants.

You will work with OMD personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver results and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a professional license, 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Geo5, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and STAAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in renewable energy plant projects.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in site selection, foundation design, slope stabilization/protection, access road design, drainage design/water way.

As Civil Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and oversight for the civil aspects of existing and new renewable energy plants and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with OMD personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for civil components/infrastructure including but not limited to buildings, foundations, weir, desander, conveyance/tunnels, penstock. Roads, drainages, and other related components/peripherals.
• Collaborating with OMD team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that ensure efficient and reliable operation of the plant's civil infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental programs
• Oversee project operations and manage contractor relationships to ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to strict quality standards.
• Manage site safety, risk assessments, and critical project documentation while actively coordinating with stakeholders and support teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-aligned work environment.
• Provides external project support encompassing design, estimates, and quality monitoring, while maintaining strict compliance with the company's Integrated Management Systems, safety rules, and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). A major focus is placed on risk and information management, requiring the individual to participate in external audits, report potential workplace hazards, and rigorously protect sensitive information assets by securing physical documents and maintaining the confidentiality of project data.
• Additionally, the role entails performing other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by leadership to support the overall objectives of the organization.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Is highly analytical and technically proficient: Capable of overseeing complex civil design, maintenance programs, and project estimates with a keen eye for detail.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively: Builds strong relationships with contractors, cross-functional teams (like OMD), and various stakeholders to align objectives and deliver results.
• Champions safety and compliance: Prioritizes risk management, environmental protocols, and rigorous document control in every aspect of their work.
• Demonstrates robust project management skills: Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping projects on schedule and within budget without compromising quality.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 years of experience
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With related experience on renewable energy plant
• Knowledgeable in site selection, foundation design, slope stabilization/protection, access road design, drainage design/water way.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Proficiency in Geo5, Arc GIS, and other design software is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD and 3D design
