Job summary

Phil. Rigid Construction Corporation is seeking a Draftsman with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture to prepare detailed architectural, structural, and shop drawings for foundations and buildings. Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D and adherence to drawing standards are required.

You will layout and produce plans using CAD software, monitor design progress, on-site work in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. A licensed Architect is an advantage but not required for Draftsman applicants.
• Ability to prepare accurate architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
• Knowledge in CAD 2D/3D; Able to analyze and interpret drawings
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Responsibilities

• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations , buildings and structures, based preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specifications sheet and other data.
• Layout and plans using computer assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
• Use the accepted drawing standards as guidelines.
• Track and monitor engineering and design
• Perform other duties as required by immediate supervisor
