A leading automotive company in Quezon City seeks a full-time bookkeeper to handle financial transactions and maintain financial records. Candidates should be college graduates with 1-3 years of relevant experience or hold a CPA qualification. Strong communication and proficiency in accounting software, such as Peachtree, are essential. The role offers government-mandated benefits, HMO coverage, and a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience, or CPA (experience waived for CPAs).
• College graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Preparation and submission of monthly financial statements.
• Updating and organizing financial records.
• Monthly reconciliation of books of accounts.
• Checking and reviewing the monthly close process for accuracy.
• Posting journal entries as necessary.
• Coordinating with the Accounting Department on account reconciliation.

Conoscenze

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Peachtree Software or any accounting software

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
