Job summary

A local automotive company in Quezon City is looking for a full-time General Accountant. The successful candidate will ensure timely recording of expenses, process vouchers, and monitor payables. A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and 4 years of experience are required, with supervisory experience preferred. The company offers commission and various health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in General Accounting, with 2 years in a supervisory position.
• CPA eligibility preferred but not required.
• Specialized training in Leadership and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely recording of expenses.
• Processing vouchers in accordance with company policy and external mandates.
• Monitoring PO and other payables to ensure payment prior to due date.
• Reviewing monthly commission and incentive computations.
• Monitoring Cash Advances of employees.
• Ensuring timely recording of insurance receivables.
• Maintaining monthly aging of payables.
• Reviewing and monitoring accounting forms such as receipts and invoices.
• Supervising recording and monitoring of Accounts Receivables, including insurance claims and warranty claims.
