Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Audit Associate to assist in risk identification and audit focus, and to help customize audit programs. The role requires drafting audit reports and preparing working papers to support conclusions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, at least 2 years of audit experience (financial, operational, and compliance), and CPA/CIA is an advantage. On-site work at MOA Complex, Pasay City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• At least 2 years of financial, operational, and compliance audit experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• CPA, CIA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and procedures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Adept in the use of MS Office Suite Applications (e.g word, excel, power point).
• Willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
