Job summary

A leading auditing firm located in Makati is looking for an experienced Audit Leader to oversee audit teams in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least five years of audit experience, including two to three years in a Big 4 accounting firm. This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule and includes performance bonuses and health benefits.

• Oversee and guide the audit team in conducting financial, operational, and/or compliance audits in a fast-paced environment.
• Examine and assess internal control effectiveness and adequacy, and adherence to local and corporate rules and procedures.
• Clearly explain audit issues and their root causes and provide reasonable and practical fixes for improved company processes and internal controls.
• Assemble the report and audit findings, then deliver it to the business management team.
• Take part in regional and global initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audit's procedures.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant.
• At least five (5) years of experience working in audit.
• At least two to three (2-3) years’ experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work in Taguig City.
