Job summary

A trading company in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support financial activities including month-end closings, bookkeeping, and report preparation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of XERO and QNE systems is a plus. This position requires work on site in Makati City with a competitive salary range of Php28,000-Php35,000.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in accounting required.
• Experience with general accounting, tax audit compliance, and financial reporting is necessary.
• Knowledge of XERO and QNE accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Compile and review financial information for accuracy.
• Handle bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
