Job summary

Decathlon Philippines Inc. is seeking a Digital In-Store Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment in a fast-paced store.

You will pick, pack, and hand over orders while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. You will drive adoption of the Decathlon Shopping App and digital kiosks, collaborating with e-commerce, customer service, and sales teams to integrate digital solutions into store layouts and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Sporty mindset and passion for sports.
• Experience in e-commerce/logistics/delivery or strong interest in it.
• Excellent in flows management with a proven low shrinkage performance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator in English and Filipino; weekend work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute Ship from Store operations for online orders.
• Verify order accuracy including product details, quantities, pricing, discounts, shipping information, and customer data.
• Package and label orders; ensure secure packaging and correct staging to prevent mis-shipments.
• Collaborate with courier handover: verify manifest, sign-off, and smooth parcel transfer.
• Monitor fulfillment lead times; identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with IT, Customer Service, Inventory and Sales to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Lead Store-Assisted Orders adoption and train staff on digital tools (App, kiosks).
