Overseeing, coordinating, and/or performing services and tasks i.e., general maintenance, repairing and cleaning services. Planning, managing and/or executing electric or infrastructure installation, maintenance and repair assignments on site. Overseeing and/or cooperating with external service provider in installation projects. Ensuring maintenance documentation is effectively stored and retrievable for documentation and audit purposes. Coordinating the facility services to enable all staff to utilize site related resources to full extend. A job at this level… Provides setup and maintenance procedures for an assigned part of production, with a limited number and kind of machines. Supports higher-level technical maintenance and repairs technicians in their work. Follows work instructions, maintenance and repair procedures as given to provide reliable service. Documents work and results in the systems.
