Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or OFW-related work preferred but not required.
• Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive, patient, serious and committed to work.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with OFW customers through online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, calls, etc.) to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
• Assist customers in filling out application forms and preparing required documents until successful loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain proper records of customer status and follow-ups.
• Provide basic market and customer feedback to the team.
