Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process all necessary documents for vehicle registration and titling.
  2. Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., LTO) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all vehicle registrations and titling documents.
  4. Assist customers in selecting and processing insurance policies.
  5. Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies.
  7. Assist customers in securing financing for motorcycle purchases.
  8. Coordinate with lending institutions to ensure timely loan approvals.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and approvals.
  10. Maintain a well-organized and secure system for storing all vehicle-related documents.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
  12. Generate reports and analyze data related to vehicle documentation and sales processes.
  13. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient documentation process.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  15. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline documentation procedures and increase efficiency.
  16. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, or other related fields.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in a management position.
  3. Strong understanding of Philippine vehicle registration and titling laws.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Customer-oriented approach.
