A leading insurance company is seeking a process claims officer to manage insurance applications and claims. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess effective communication skills. Job Function:
Process new application, changes, reinstatement and cancellation of insurance policies
Reviewing insurance applications to ensure all details are correct
Updating data on insurance policy changes
Attend to all clients and agents inquiries regarding insurance policy
Maintaining and organizing files of policy holders
Examine, process, calculate and pay client’s insurance claims
Ensuring proper fillings, documentation and reports of insurance claims
Complying with company’s procedures and policies in processing claims
Assists claimants, inspectors and third party dealers with their queries regarding claims or policies
Job Requirement:
Candidates must be graduate of any four year course
An experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not required
Candidates must be customer – oriented and has effective communication skills
Is able to multi – task and has good organization skills
