Qualifications

• At least High School graduate or vocational course graduate.
• NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
• Experience as a utility staff or similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Willing to shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitation as needed.
• Respond to and clean spills using proper equipment.
• Assist in minor repairs and basic electrical tasks (for NC II Electrician holders).
• Purchase and secure requested company materials and equipment.
• Support day-to-day operational needs of the team and management.
• Provide assistance to co-workers when required.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
