Job summary

Dolmar Land, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Mandaluyong to oversee planned and unplanned maintenance, ensure facilities are safe and compliant, and manage records for equipment and repairs.

The role requires NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, at least 1 year in building maintenance, and the ability to operate a motorcycle with a valid license. You will coordinate with 3rd party contractors and government inspections.

Qualifications

• NC II certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
• 1+ year of experience in building maintenance.
• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are maintained to schedule based on standards.

Job description

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the following:

• Ensure the property facilities are maintained to schedule, based on appropriate standards, safe and fit for purpose through planned and unplanned maintenance response.

• Efficient management of maintenance records of equipment manuals, user guides, maintenance practices and repair work done on all facilities and equipment

• Ensure that all maintenance activities are done in accordance with company policy and environment, health and safety guidelines

• Timely supervision of accredited 3rd party contractors during maintenance work to assure adherence to service level agreement

• Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards and comply with all government regulations through maintenance plans and programs

• Timely coordination of government agency’s property inspection in compliance with for renewal of Permit to Operate and other licenses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• NC II passer for Electrical Installation and Maintenance

• At least a year of experience of being a Building Maintenance

• MUST have own motorcycle with driver's license
