Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to lead fit-out, renovation, and facilities improvement projects from planning through handover. You will manage budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement plans, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, building administration, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Experience managing fit-out, construction, renovation, or facilities projects in commercial, corporate, retail, or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of architectural works, MEP systems, construction methods, building codes, permits, EHS requirements, and contractor management
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, and facilities improvement projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement plans, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, building administration, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, workmanship, materials, contractor performance, safety, and compliance with codes and EHS requirements.
• Maintain complete project documentation and oversee testing, commissioning, defect rectification, final inspection, and project turnover
