Position Overview

The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting products/services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls, emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
  • Promote and explain products/services to clients clearly and persuasively
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related role

  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Work Schedule: MONDAY to SATURDAY 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M.
