Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Alaminos. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls, providing administrative assistance, maintaining office equipment, and performing clerical tasks. Daily responsibilities include data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and supporting the accounting team with various tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in an accounting or professional office setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
