Job summary

Jethrock Construction Corporation is seeking a licensed Architect to join our team. You will create and maintain records of specifications and drawings, conduct site visits, prepare design plans and blueprints for new buildings or renovations, and present concepts to clients and planning authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, is licensed (PRC), proficient in MS Office and design software, and communicates effectively both orally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) is required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proficient in design software.
• Good in oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain records of specifications and drawings.
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and prepare reports.
• Provide conceptualized drafting and detailing.
• Assist with project permits and regulatory approvals.
• Supervise and assist in materials testing.
• Perform time and motion studies and actual monitoring.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Develop design plans for spaces.
• Create detailed blueprints for buildings and renovations.
• Present design concepts to clients and planning authorities.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

5. Supervise and assist Materials testing.

6. Do time and motion Study by Actual monitoring.

7. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assign by the Supervisor/Manager from time to time.

9. Creating detailed plans and blueprints for new buildings, renovations, or extensions, considering functionality, aesthetics, and client needs.

10.Presenting design concepts to clients, and planning authorities.

11. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
