About the job Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for optimizing their use of the Odoo ERP system
• Conduct gap analysis and create functional design documents to outline the customization and configuration required to meet client needs
• Configure and customize the Odoo system to meet client requirements, including creating new modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Train and support end-users in the effective use of the Odoo system
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Keep up-to-date with new Odoo features and functionality, and make recommendations for how they can be used to improve client processes
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of customizations and third-party applications with the Odoo system
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activities
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Odoo system, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in providing strategic guidance to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing the Odoo system, including creating new modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Knowledge of Python and experience with web development is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
