ODM and BAW – Developer/System Analyst

Job summary

Gallium31 Corporation is seeking an experienced IBM ODM/BAW Developer to design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise decision management applications. You will analyse business needs, deliver across IT policies, and work with diverse teams to resolve complex problems.

The role requires hands-on ODM/BPM/BAW experience, strong Java, SQL, and API skills, and familiarity with IBM WebSphere. Insurance domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in development of IBM ODM/Rule Designer (Operational Decision Manager v8.10.x), Rule Execution server, Decision Center and Action / Rule set.
• Strong development knowledge on BOM/XOM, decision table, technical rule and rule flow.
• Experience in ODM upgrades/migrations, patching, production support, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience in analysis, designing, coding and implementation of complex, custom-built applications in IBM Workflows/BPM/BAW v20.x.
• Knowledge on Process Admin, IBM WAS/ WebSphere , Java scripting ,RDBMS , SQL and API / Rest programming.
• Possessing skills with IBM MQ, Java/Java EE, Shell Script , Batch script and codebase knowledge on GIT are added advantage.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred.
