Job summary

The Medical City Clinic is seeking a Company Clinic Nurse to be assigned at our corporate client site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You will provide quality nursing care in a corporate clinic in line with our core values.

Responsibilities include timely patient care, referrals to doctors, inventory management, health records, and annual reports to government agencies when needed. Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN license required; BOSH and OHNAP training must be completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a valid RN license.
• With completed BOSH and OHNAP training.
• 1 year or less of experience as a company/occupational health nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to employees in the corporate clinic.
• Refer to the company Doctor or Dentist as needed and assist with hospital referrals when required.
• Maintain inventory of medicines, supplies and equipment per SLA.
• Keep and file health records of employees and the clinic.
• Prepare and submit annual medical reports to government agencies when doctor is unavailable.
• Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service in terms of prompt response, medicines, and treatment provided on time, explained preparation for procedures and treatment, competent, attentive, and responsive to physical and emotional needs, compassionate and caring.
• Makes necessary referrals to the company Doctor or Dentist and assist patients needing hospital confinement from work.
• Maintains and performs inventory of medicine, clinic supplies, and equipment utilized at the clinic based on the service level agreement.
• Keeps health records of employees and the clinic.
• Prepares and submits annual medical reports to government agencies in the absence of a doctor.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

A. Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• With completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) and OHNAP training

B. Experience

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse

C. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to adapt to clinic management systems, processes, and turnkey healthcare solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
