Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• With completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) and OHNAP training.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality nursing care in terms of prompt response, medicines, and treatment provided on time, explained preparation for procedures and treatment, competent, attentive, and responsive to physical and emotional needs, compassionate and caring.
• Makes necessary referrals to the company Doctor or Dentist and assist patients needing hospital confinement from work.
• Maintains and performs inventory of medicine, clinic supplies, and equipment utilized at the clinic based on the service level agreement.
• Keeps health records of employees and the clinic.
• Prepares and submits annual medical reports to government agencies in the absence of a doctor.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
