Job summary

MCA Asia Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an Obstetrician- Gynecologist (OB-GYN) for an on-site position in Makati. The role requires board-certified MD with OB-GYN specialization and 2–5 years of hospital-based practice experience.

The candidate will provide full spectrum women's health services, oversee maternal health programs, and train nursing staff. Willingness to relocate to Papua New Guinea is required.

Qualifications

• MD with OB-GYN specialization and board certification are required.
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of specialist clinical experience in OB-GYN practice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions within the clinic's approved scope.
• Provide comprehensive women's health services including antenatal, postnatal, reproductive health, and family planning counseling.
• Manage high-risk pregnancy referrals and participate in emergency obstetric planning.
• Conduct women’s wellness programs for employees and their dependents.
• Develop maternal and women's health policies and assist in planning future labor and delivery services.
• Train and supervise nursing staff on women's health services.
• Work in multi-cultural and remote environments.
• Eligible for medical specialist registration in Papua New Guinea.
• Willing to relocate and work in Papua New Guinea.

Job Position: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN)

• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions, including performing routine gynecologic examinations, cervical cancer screening, and minor gynecologic procedures within the clinic's approved scope.
• Provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including antenatal, postnatal, reproductive healthcare, and family planning and contraceptive counseling.
• Manage high-risk pregnancy referrals and participate in emergency obstetric response planning.
• Conduct women's wellness programs for employees and their dependents.
• Develop maternal and women's health policies and protocols, and assist in planning future labor and delivery services.
• Train and supervise nursing staff on women's healthcare services.
• Can work in multi-cultural and remote environments.
• Eligible for medical specialist registration in Papua New Guinea.
• Willing to be relocated and work in Papua New Guinea.

Job Specifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) With specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification or its equivalent specialist qualification with current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2-5 years specialist clinical experience in Hospital based OB-GYN practice, Maternal health program development, EMR implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with superior clinical judgement and patient centered care
• Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to participate in facility development accreditation, and continuous professional education
