Job summary

Concentrix seeks a qualified OB/GYN to provide comprehensive maternity and reproductive health care in an accredited hospital in the Philippines. The role requires strong clinical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent patient communication.

Responsibilities include routine checkups, childbirth management, well-woman exams, counseling on contraception, ordering tests, and performing pelvic and ultrasound procedures. MD degree, residency, and valid PRC license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
• Doctor of medicine (MD) degree.
• 1 year internship and 4-year residency training accredited by the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.
• Fellow, Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (FPOGS).
• Valid and active PRC medical license.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine checkups, screenings, and guidance to pregnant women to ensure the health of both mother and fetus.
• Manages the process of childbirth in his/her accredited hospital, including labor induction, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Renders gynecological care by diagnosing and treating conditions of the female reproductive system.
• Performs well-woman exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
• Provides counseling and guidance on birth control, fertility, and other reproductive health matters.
• Educates patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, blood tests, and biopsies.
• Facilitates pelvic, transvaginal or transrectal ultrasound procedures.
