Job summary

CAI is seeking a Business Analyst in Pasig City to support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. You will map processes (As-Is/To-Be), reconcile data, and translate business requirements into technical logic to enable receivable management automation.

You will analyze, document, and improve receivable workflows, enabling automation and streamlined processes. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology/ Information Management/ Business Management/ Accounting, or any related course.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of Cash application/ Bank Statement.
• Basic knowledge of SD-FI Integration.
• Knowledgeable SQL/ Data Query skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks, manual workarounds, exception paths, and opportunities for process improvement
• Perform complex data mapping between data structures and operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Identify opportunities to improve receivable management processes and implement automation where appropriate
• Design and execute validation and reconciliation routines to ensure that target systems accurately reflect source data following data transformation, creation, and processing
• Support receivable management through accurate and reliable data for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams to gather requirements, define data mappings, validate solutions, and support implementation
