Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and mentor the clinic team in delivering safe, high-quality, compassionate care. You will guide staff, ensure standards, and collaborate with physicians to improve patient experience.

The role requires a BS Nursing degree with a valid PRC license and 2–4 years of supervisory healthcare experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment are expected.
