Description

NURSING CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR

• Perform functions aligned with the Institution's vision, mission, and core values.
• Comply with institutional policies and procedures.
• Participate in course development and evaluation with the Clinical Coordinator.
• Interpret program goals and learning objectives to learners and staff at practice sites.
• Assist the RLE Coordinator in liaising with clinical agencies.
• Ensure learner compliance with assignments and learning programs.
• Supervise learner rotations and site visits, facilitating the integration of theory and practice.
• Evaluate learners' clinical reasoning and practical skills through direct observation.
• Conduct formal and informal performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Submit grades and performance reports as required.
• Design and facilitate clinical seminars and learning experiences.
• Provide ongoing feedback on learner performance and clinical setting effectiveness.
• Address learner health, safety, and security issues, referring behavioral concerns appropriately.
• Compile and submit periodic performance reports.
• Participate in promotional activities and enrollment campaigns.
• Attend institutional programs and activities.
• Upgrade knowledge through training, self-study, and further academic pursuits.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate.
• Master’s degree or units in Nursing are advantageous.
• Valid PRC License.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.
• Updated CV, TOR, Diploma.
