This role provides leadership to the nursing team while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications (Non-negotiable):

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
