Qualifications

• BS Nursing degree with PRC license
• 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare
• Strong background in clinical operations and patient-centered care
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
• BLS certification is a plus

About the role
