Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Valid Nursing License/Registration in accordance with applicable regulations

• At least 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with experience in care coordination or case management

• Experience in a hospital, clinic, home healthcare, or insurance medical coordination is an advantage

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care coordination skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in medical documentation and healthcare systems

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate, responsible, and able to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals

• Willing to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
