Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the Philippines and, ideally, the mainland US.
• At least 1 year experience supporting US healthcare.
• Experience in Workers’ Compensation, Utilization Review, Case Management, or related clinical operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, medical terminology, provider communication, and injured worker support processes.
• Ability to follow jurisdictional, client-specific, and case-specific communication requirements with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confirm whether injured worker contact is permitted and document approved communication methods.
• Document employer contact details and any special service Instructions.
• Ensure communications comply with jurisdictional requirements and internal protocols.
• Send welcome packet and medical records release; confirm receipt.
• Send text reminders for assignments, notices of visits, and updates from medical visits.
• Summarize new document uploads and medical updates in the case file.
• Review job descriptions and attach to files when available.
• Provide summaries of work status documents and attach related forms.
• Record treating providers’ information (name, specialty, contact).
• Prepare and send pre-appointment letters to medical providers with relevant content.
• Import savings data from ancillary services for final report.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
