Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland US.
• 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. healthcare services.
• 2+ years in lead, supervisory, quality review, training, or team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support for Nurse Case Management Support Nurses.
• Monitor work queues, case assignments, turnaround times, and documentation quality.
• Ensure team compliance with jurisdictional requirements and client instructions.
• Review documentation summaries and case file attachments for accuracy.
• Serve as escalation point for questions on rights, permissions, and compliance.
• Coordinate training for new hires and ongoing competency development.
• Partner with Nurse Case Managers and leadership to resolve workflow barriers.
• Track trends and propose process improvements for efficiency and quality.
