Job summary

SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (New Product Development) to ensure end-to-end supply readiness for launches and transitions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines, inventory, and risk management with project goals.

The role emphasizes disciplined planning, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with stakeholders to support successful NPD introductions and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply planning or similar function.
• No professional license required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Supply Planning in NPD and transition meetings from kick-off through launch.
• Govern planning activities for new products, transitions, and packs to meet milestones.
• Review inventory run-down plans for transitioning codes and minimize write-off risks.
• Ensure forecast flow into the Supply Planning system aligns with launch dates.
• Manage handover of NPD and transition codes to Supply Planners with clarity.
