Job summary

Gratitude Philippines seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, leveraging AppEngine, integrations, and custom applications to support enterprise digital transformation.

You will build workflows, automate processes, ensure performance and security, participate in Agile sprints, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and AppEngine.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build complex workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and custom applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Organize and enhance knowledge bases, taxonomies, record producers, and self-service portals.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, release management, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, deployment, and security documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, platform optimization, and compliance with ITIL and organizational standards.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x/week Onsite - ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig)
