Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a seasoned sales professional for a hybrid role based in Gurugram, India. You will engage top customers, drive strategic initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects to meet revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns with North Indian customers, building robust account plans, and delivering tailored flavor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, Business Management, Marketing, etc.
• 3–5 years of sales or commercial experience in Flavors, Food ingredients or Food & Beverage.
• Experience with customer engagement and key account management.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen related to flavors and end use.
• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and time management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement strategic industry plan initiatives and product offerings.
• Manage projects in Salesforce and update progress regularly.
• Deliver flavor solutions and services aligned with customer needs and requirements.
• Develop account plans outlining customer strategies and pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and top market movements.
