Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. The Sales Officer will be involved in conducting client visits, typically twice a week, as scheduled, often accompanied by the Sales Manager and/or Japanese PIC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our services/products.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Japanese PIC to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in Non-Life Insurance Sales and Servicing, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
