• 2–5 years of experience in non-functional testing (performance, load, stress, scalability).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; additional training in non-functional testing preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of non-functional testing techniques and tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or Apache JMeter.
• Familiarity with web services and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of performance and scalability factors; familiarity with MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server and testing frameworks like JUnit/TestNG/Selenium.

Responsabilidades

• Perform non-functional test planning, design, and execution for IT systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and assist in tuning recommendations.
• Prepare non-functional test reports and contribute to continual testing framework improvements.
• Research and implement new non-functional testing technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure testability of requirements.
