Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a software developer to design, build, and maintain secure RESTful APIs with Node.js. You will manage API definitions and policies in IBM API Connect and optimize MySQL databases to support performance.

Collaboration with teams to ensure production readiness is essential, along with deployment and monitoring in AWS. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in API security standards, Git, and CI/CD within an Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in Node.js and Express for RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of IBM API Connect or any API Management Platform.
• Strong MySQL experience including query optimization and schema design.
• Familiar with AWS services for API deployment (EC2, API Gateway, IAM).
• Knowledge of API security standards (OAuth, JWT, API keys, rate limiting).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Node.js.
